Saw Book of Mormon there for my 2nd time ans this experience was MUCH DIFFERENT from my first time 11 years ago...nnSlow bar staff and ONLY a 15 min intermission while constantly pumping the AC????? I was SO horribly thirsty for the entire show. Got in line as soon as intermission started and there was still 40 people ahead of me! Over 100 people were locked out of the show and thank goodness part of the set fell apart so they could come back in to watch the rest of the show! Paid over $300 for 2 tickets 120% more than last time! and was horribly uncomfortable for 2/3 of the show... I feel awful for the people who missed an entire scene and paid $200+ per ticket. It's VERY obvious how greedy they've become.. I wish I could've requested had a partial refund.
Today i visited the auditorium for my friends convocation ceremony.nThe auditorium has great seating and audio sound system is also great.nThe volunteers working today has done comendable job while adjusting the crowd and manage the people with great ease and made the whole experience wholesome.
Even though tickets were sold out, entry was smooth with almost no wait time except at security, which was respectful and professional. Seats are comfortable. Also great access from C train if you don’t want to pay parking.
Hosts really great shows, but as a venue, the seats are a bit firm and uncomfortable, you really need to walk during intermission. the seating is also packed and hard to navigate even if the row is empty. Concession is a bit too expensive, like damn I already paid $100+ for my ticket, I'm supposed to buy your snacks for $15? The place is clean, looks fancy, and charges fancy prices. overall the shows are worth seeing, but I wouldnt spend time after the shows were over. It is nice tho that it's right next to a train station
