Well lite, fine ice surface, and dressing room 7 is voluminous with wheelchair access showers as is the players' benches. At times , front parking is problematic but there is additional parking in the rear and to the west of the rear of the arena. The rink is a fine building to name after Rose Kohn, the 1955 sportswoman of the year, who spent decades promoting children's athletic pursuits.
Brand new facility sponsored by The City of Calgary. Public skating as well as private lessons available for figure skating. Club on site.
Clean facility. Lots of seating for watching ice activities. The schedules posted on the bulletin board are often out of date, so best to check the city website for up to date schedules. Homeless are often camping on the north and east sides of the building.
New dressing rooms are nice. Large benches. The showers are basically useless. No flow, no pressure, and only stay on for 5 seconds.
We love to skating here , nice and cool!
