Brought my kitten in with bad ears and they were so thorough and very sweet with my boy. He was so good through everything they did with him. Sent me home with a cute goodie bag with information for things I’ll use in the near future :nOverall very good vet clinic to use they got me in right away when I called!
Yesterday my 13-year-old dog was bitten in the face by one of our other dogs, Southampton vet hospital had zero interest in helping us out even though we have been going there for 5 years. With all our pets they still refused to help my poor 13-year-old dog who is suffering with an infected wound. We ended up going to Owen Sound and paying an additional $170 before even seeing our dog and then an extra 565. On top of that.nI do not recommend Southampton vet hospital. I meann2 years ago, my 12-year-old golden retriever who was paralyzed in the back end was at Southampton vet hospital. The day before she died. Were they prescribed a whole bunch of new medications costing around $500, she ended up never taking them. The bottles were unopened. Southampton vet hospital would not refund the money back even though they over prescribed to a dying dog on top of which making my poor dog wait from 7:30 a.m. When I called them until past 5:00 p.m. to be euthanized leaving her to suffer all day long. Even after we got to the hospital we had to wait over half an hour in our car in the freezing cold with our dying dog.nVery disappointed in this so-called pet hospital
We're able to get my boy, Milo, in same day! Was very relieved. Also felt the vet did a thorough examination. Left with peace of mind and meditation for Milo's needs.
The whole crew is great. They talk about different approaches to your dogs needs. They also do in-house testing that keeps costs down.nFor my appointment with Rex, I was scared he was worse than he actually was. They made a plan for us and will assist Rex back to a better lifestyle for him.nI would tell everyone to go there.
My dogs love the staff and going there. That is more than half the battle. The other half is they know where all the treat jars are The kittens are a bonus ...they love kittens we don't have any
