Just called today... waited 5 minutes on hold... seriously understaffed / don't care or busy.

I figure if someone doesn't want to get back to you in a timely manner then they probably just don't care. Scary thought when taking your beloved pet to a place like that.

I have taken many pets here always great service hands down best vet in port( been to a few). they actually care about the animal and the prices are the best. Its filled with Great people who are always friendly.
