Best ever treatment and people.  I was so happy to have them extract a problem molar.  Yes happy.  Sound scary,  as I do not like the dentist thingy, but that being said, I have changed my opinion.   Beautiful people excellent Dr's.  Am going to start taking better care of my teeth now that I am so comfortable with South Hill Dental and Dr. Walia and Dr. Farugi.

My mother contact South Hill Dental for an emergency tooth extraction, and they amazing staff scheduled her within hours and Kunal Walia took care of her issue promptly and professionally. We are very impressed with their compassion and willingness to work with patients, and for that we highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

This dental practice has been the worst I've ever dealt with; the office manager is the worst, and they frequently make billing mistakes. They also cycle personnel in and out so frequently that it is impossible to feel comfortable. You walk in for simple cleaning and leave with more than you bargained for. This practice appears on Google first, which is how I found it, but I definitely do not recommend it now. For any new patients seeking a new dentist's office, stay away. There are plenty of better locations.

I had an emergency and no dentist. I called here, and they got me right in. Wonderful staff, and I am happy to say this is my new dentist. They took great care of me and I was in and out. Thank you all.

Best experience for a dental emergency I've ever had. Dr. Faruqi, Jill, and Jenn made me feel so comfortable and were incredibly transparent with dental procedure and billing. I'm absolutely looking forward to more root canals and visits with them. Finally found a dentist I don't want to avoid.

Visited south hill for my 6 month appt… scheduling the appointment was super easy and they were available when i had time off from work…sadly i needed a filling but doctor kunal and his staff were not only great at explaining exactly what was wrong but the filling was quick and painless… i feel like my smile is in great hands at south hill dental and i recommend it to all my friends. Thank you :D

I first came to this dental office in 2021 when moved to the area. I chose this office based on all of the positive reviews, and I can confidently say they exceeded my expectations. As someone with every dental problem known to man most recently an implant put in I have extreme anxiety around dental visits…I have had some very poor experiences. The team at south hill dental is friendly compassionate and professional. They took my anxiety seriously and made me feel at ease. Dr Kunal is extremely knowledgeable and very honest about the work needed. He does amazing work. I’ve never experienced such painless, fast and efficient work in my 36 years. I had a complex extraction that he removed within minutes in one piece and not one second did I feel uncomfortable. I cannot rave enough about his efficiency. I have my 8 year old daughter coming here as well and she agrees with my feelings on south hill dental she really enjoys hygienist Jill.  Suzanne the office manager is wonderful, she went above and beyond during my first visit when my insurance company was being difficult. She made a great first impression on me as I felt they truly cared. She also can help you get in right away same day with a dental emergency.  Marcie in billing is also very efficient and has you out the door in no time!  I have visited South Hill Dental about 9 times now for work and not once have I had a less then fantastic experience.  I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for dental work.

This place is fantastic great people Jen was soooo patient with me and kept me calm the dentist was fantastic I'm going to make this my dentest office these guys work with you when your exiety level is high thank you guys

front office and scheduling staff lacks basic organization and scheduling skills, so disappointed i waited 5 months for my appointment that was never even saved and then was told i had one scheduling option or had to wait until July another 4 months out. Do better
