Icon Dental Centre

I recently had a Crown replaced by Mary Tait at Ikon Dental. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff. Mary goes above and beyond in explaining every procedure and the entire team ensures everything is totally perfect before you walk out the door. Mary is just as good at the freezing procedure as Craig Meyers, my longtime dentist, used to be. I definitely trust Ikon Dental with the care of my teeth.

Always happy with the service, and they are so patient with my 3 yr old daughter. She will not grow up fearing the dentist thanks to Icon! Four years later, going to update this review. They are still fantastic with my daughter. She has no fear going to the dentist and sitting in the chair all on her own. The respect they give kids, gives the kids confidence to go to a dentist!!

I would 100% recommend this place! The kindness and professionalism is above and beyond any Dentist I have been to. I haven't been in years because of my fear of dentists. I had to get a LOT of work done. They made me feel at ease, and the work they have done is amazing. Shout out to Leona for her amazing work. I came in as a new patient for crown. Dr. Mary Tait and her team were exceptional and exceeded my expectations. My work benefits were going to terminate in three weeks time as my company was getting a new provider. Dr. Mary Tait’s team was able to fit me in on such short notice for the crown prep appointment and another appointment for the crown cementing itself. Her assistant was gentle with the needle which came as a huge relief as I’d previously been to “2nd Avenue Dental” and the dentist there used that needle on me like he was doing cross stitch. So if you’re shy of needles and want the best and gentlest care I highly recommend Dr. Mary Tait and her wonderful team of women at Icon Dental Centre!

Very fast and professional. Wow. I am definitely bringing my children and will be recommending ALL of my family and friends. I used to be scared of the dentist but the Dr’s here took care of any anxieties I had and made me feel at ease.

I started coming to Icon Dental around 5 years ago. Before then I hadn’t seen a dentist in over 10 years. They made me feel comfortable. I will continue to come here. Dr. Tait is so kind.
