Dr. Donald Hui Dentistry

Was a great experience in February when my wife had to go and get fillings put back in. Now 9 months later they are asking for money for services done that I didn't pay for but will not give me an invoice for that work with the correct date and time and charged my insurance without notifying me. They said we sent you three previous statement which I did not get and did not try to call me or my wife to explain any of this and it's been 9 months since the work. Very unimpressed at the way I was treated when I inquired about it. And I feel like the firm was trying to rip me off. I still feel even after they said they would write off the amount owed that I was ripped off as I still do not have the invoice in question very very very unimpressed.

The staff are super friendly,fast and very knowledgeable!! Definitely recommend them 100%....I didn't have to wait long to get booked in either...when I arrived waited not even 5 minutes to get called in!! Dentist is pretty awesome too!!

I had not been to a Dentist in at least 10 years. I am terrified of dentists do to previous bad experiences. Dr. Hui and his staff were excellent and understanding ;) a few appointments later and no more tooth pain.........actually I was looking forward to my last appointment to finish my bridgework without the fear that I used to have about going to the dentist.....Best Dentist I have ever seen :) Thank you Dr. Hui, Marcie, Lorraine and staff

The staff are all warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and totally eased my dental office anxiety. Highly recommend this team!
