Love their chilli tofu soup!! They have many vegan and gluten free options! staffs are very friendly as well! Will for sure come back to try out all the options! There are also plugs if you are with your laptop:

McGill location Paying more than 8$ for a microwaved, half-cold half-hot sweet potato burrito feels like a ripoff... At least the staff is nice.

Awesome place to order your lunch for any reason. We like to order sandwiches, salads and soups etc for our work group and Jeanine delivers with a smile a mile wide. I am gluten free along with one of my employees and she makes sure We have lots to eat/ the deserts are always the icing on the cake for me ! Thanks girl - awesome

I came by at the start of fall, thus the cold weather to heat myself up and the soup did not disappoint! The lentil soup was nourishing and was very obviously made with love I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of weird aftertastes or unusual flavours which are often present in homemade style soups from elsewhere. Im saying this as someone for whom english is not a first language: it was apparent the cashier 100% did her best at accommodating the francophone couple in front of us by addressing them in french, despite her accent, she did not make anyone feel misunderstood or made any attempts to switch the conversation to english, which was honestly pretty cool to witness, you could really see that she did all her best to offer the best service possible. To the reviewer going on about them being anglophone: they did everything they could to offer the best french-speaking service Oh my god and the PRICES!! I got a massive jug of soup for around 5-6$, which I did not expect from a joint like this: very reasonable and great to see, especially in this neighbourhood. Will definitely be coming back.

Great tasting soup and bread options. Great for a light lunch. I had the carrot, turnip, & maple syrup soup. So Good! I had a gluten free chocolate chip muffin and a vitamin water bottle all for about 8 USD/10CAD. Great value. The place is a bit small and run down but it feels cozy and the staff are very nice.

I’m so happy I found this place! I’m always on the look out for a healthy soup and sandwich place. Harder to find than you think! So good!! And Uber eats delivers so I’ll definitely be hitting them up when I forget my lunch! I had a soup of the day - 6 choices! - and the roasted turkey, Brie and apple sandwich. It was amazing and the bread was soooo tasty.

Nice little cafe specialized in soups. Try the vegan chili and the cranberry corn bread. Both are delicious! It feels like home. They also have fresh soups to take home. If you want a not heavy meal but healthy, this is the place.

The pictures look much better than reality. Food is of mediocre quality and had a weird taste to it. Overpriced for the quality. The options were limited especially for a place promoting itself as vegan friendly and healthy. It also doesn’t look too clean.

I am so happy to have discovered this cafe ... it's cozy with a relaxed atmosphere .. the staff are very friendly and helpful .. everything I have ordered is delicious. My favourite is the Chicken Gumbo ! Yesterday I went there for breakfast and had coffee with the most yummy scones ! Keep up the good work !

If you are a vegan, a vegetarian or even someone who likes home-cooked styles foods then come try this place. The choices I have made so far have beaten expectations. It's delicious and the prices are very reasonable.
