I never thought, i would be buying a fridge from Home Hardware. Our fridge needed replacing and we went to the major appliance stores in Victoria and it was a huge waste of time. One store attempted to sell me a fridge they did not have, the other one sold me a brand new fridge with 4 scratches on it. Then we went to Home Hardware in Sooke and we talked to Kaaras in the appliance section. Wow, Kaaras customer service is top notch. She helped us find the exact fridge we were looking for. She made sure that we were able to fit the fridge in our CRV before she thanked us for our business. The warehouse gentlemen, (sorry i forgot his name) was also super helpful in making sure the fridge did not get banged or scratched as we were loading it into our CRV.

Allergic to dogs. Just want to buy stuff should not have to deal with this. Hives and sneezing. It's not right. Leave your dogs at home.

It has a lot of variety of tools and other home things you may need. I found everything I needed. I bought so many things there, and then the cashier didn't even ask if I needed a bag. She just left my items there, like I was expected to carry all of this with no bag. I was appalled.. She didn't even greet me or anything either.
