Cashiers refuse to open more lanes. If they do they take no one that was already waiting for over 10 minutes and instead start taking people who just walk up. No respect for their customers.

One of the only stores in Sooke open past 7pm: a procrastinator's dream come true! Also, they have excellent product selection, and really, REALLY good sales! One time, I saved over $20 in discounts on a $50 order (without even trying that hard)!
