Sooda Korean BBQ

A really cool restaurant. I really like the comic menu. The sooda special was really good and the tofu soup was great too. We tried the regular and the honey butter chicken wings but they did not taste good. It was very oily and it had no flavor. Service and ambiance were great though.

Amazing! Ordered the original Sooda Box first as well as the honey butter fried chicken and the sooda special bulgogi. The sooda box was so good we ordered another one the butter mayo. For drinks we ordered the rainbow and a sodaquiri. Overall everything tasted amazing as and the service was great. Would definitely come back and recommend. Must try!

Fantastic spot to hangout with your friends! When I entered the spot at first, I was surprised to whole atmosphere and mood. It catch all eyes and they look so trendy.. We enjoyed Sooda box and Cocktail. Amazing food, Great customer service! I strongly suggest here when you visit Gastown!!

Sooda Vancouver did not disappoint! Impressive location and delicious food that won’t break the bank $20-30 per person. If you’re around Gastown, make sure to give this Korean BBQ place a try : I would personally recommend the honey garlic sooda box, it was very tasty.

Overall, sooda was a pretty great experience and the experience of the restaurant was great. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The menu was a bit confusing at first because of the very unique cartoon design. It is nice they include a scan menu along with the paper menu at the restaurant. The food was very tasty and the portion was very fair for the price. This one dish was enough for two people to share. They provide kimchi with the meal but I was surprised when I asked for a kimchi refill and was told it’s $2 extra. Definitely give this place a try!

We had a great time coming here for dinner today! The food was delightful and the atmosphere was great! The staff were super friendly as well. We will be coming here again!

In all honesty, I often find myself not enjoying Korean dishes but something about this restaurant is just amazing. The interior has a great feel to it and the food was delicious. It is abit pricy but the portions are filling! I definitely recommend getting their sooda special and sooda boxes, they were delicious and exceeded my expectations. However, I was disappointed about my drink, their cups are small and I got the peach lemonade which also had lots of ice in it. I would have preferred larger drinking cups for how much food was given in the sooda special. Nonetheless, it’s a 5 star. The drink was just a downside for me because I love my drinks, if you’re fine with just water then it doesn’t really matter! Was my first ever restaurant in Vancouver and it was a great experience!

Just right taste same as the 1st branch in Brentwood. It doesn't mean the taste was really good. To be honest it was just mediocre. Also all foods were pretty over priced compare to portions. Only reason I went this place was there are no many options to have Korean foods around this area and heard new branch opened recently. Foodwise, I was a bit disappointed however servers were mostly nice and kind.

I've gone to the Sooda in Burnaby and really enjoyed the experience there. I decided to check out the Gastown location for the first time and had a pleasant time there. However, I do wish they would take reservations for this restaurant. So we wouldn't be waiting for an hour for a table. It's a little much. Anyways, we ordered the Original and Honey Garlic sooda box. And the huge Special that comes with rice, cheese corn, eggs, green onions and the dakgalbi Chicken option. I also ordered the Rainbow Sooda drink. It was a delightful meal. Hope to come back to the original Sooda sometime. Thank you for the experience!

Nice atmosphere very lively place that is especially great for larger groups. There are many options to share and its definitely worth a try! Amazing food and service here.
