Sonic Drive-In

I was so excited when sonic came to Billings as it is my favorite fast food restaurant to visit when traveling in other states. However, this location is not that great. The food is the the main reason for the low rating. The staff was never been rude although I feel like their not super happy about their job. The food just sucks.

Honestly wish I could rate this place lower lately sonic has gotten bad since I moved here not even a year ago which says a lot and when the mess ups are happening from managers! I ordered a sonic blast which are pricey and never had size verified and was kinda rude so they assume my size so I have to spend more and fill the sonic blast half full such a waste of money!!!! So not even a week later I'm back to add to my review I ordered another ice cream and guess what it was like soup seriously! So irritated and I called to ask about it well the manager was very rude not apologetic or tried to fix the mistake said well we are so busy it can't freeze enough! Well don't be serving it them and try to fix the mistake. Horrible customer service and officially done with there business!

Usually the service is quick and correct, this last time we went they forgot part of our order, and were not as quick....but can't expect 99% all the time, right?!?

Consistently the WORST customer service ever!! If the food wasn't good I'd never ever go there. And I agree with the other reviews; they must throw the food together as quickly as possible. The burgers and buns are all off of each other and one big pile of pickles on one side and all the other condiments on other parts and not evenly distributed. Just sloppy. They put the food together the same as how they act- like sullen little kids who are being forced to work. They should be embarrassed.
