Last two times we've had a terrible experience here my wife had a hair in her food the manager did not even apologize just offered to refix the plate. Tonight's experience on 11-24-17 I paid for three plates when I only ordered one and a half they overcharged me and still had terrible service tonight I won't be back again the food tasted horrible. Dry and bad flavors. Walnut shrimp was good

Wish the teenagers actually cared about what they were doing... one of them literally sat down in the middle of giving us our food.... if they had communicated better there would have been no complaint it was cleaner then I ve seen in a while. And the food was warm.

Food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely be going back. Heights location has always been very good.

Literally the worst organized Panda I've ever been to. Incredible how many things they were out of at such a low volume time
