Quality of food was terrible. Hotdogs are burnt husks, and a choking hazard. I couldn’t believe they knowingly offered that to a child is criminal, the fries were greasy and over cooked. Got a chicken sandwich that consisted of two chicken tenders on a bun with nearly rotten tomatos.the woman working the drive through forgot to give our dipping sauces then charged us for the sauces they didn’t give me in the first place. Horrible service absolutely don’t recommend Kid-friendliness: Offered what can only be described as a charcoal husk and a choking hazard to toddlers employees, should be arrested for serving this
Customer care was excellent. She had made a mistake with the order and promptly corrected it and that's rare these days.
Never have car hops. Slow as a snail in drive thru. Food sucks. It comes to you like slop wrapped up. Kids meals get more fries than a regular meal. Have never had good service or good quality. I've givin lots of chances. They never fail to be disappointing.Food: 1/5
Very friendly place. Even allowed my granddaughter to use the restroom. For some reason they were closed. I appreciated that... because I didnt have to go somewhere else to eat too. Food was what you see.... not so good. Standard cheap not so good sonic food like every sonic everywhere... service, cleanliness and polite employees were great.
I feel like an abused ice cream lover who keeps coming back for more and hasn’t learned his lesson yet. I’ve never seen a restaurant with machines that are continuously and constantly out of service more than the ones at Chehalis Sonic. You order ahead on the App…..drive 25 minutes to get it……only to be told the slushie and ice cream machines are out of service. Again. For the 17th time. I get it…..things break, however may I suggest using technology in 2023 to email, call, text, pigeon carrier mail, pony express, smoke signal…….anything! Communicate with your customers when they’re about to drive and waste gas and time. When you order on the App…..all your info is on there. Sonic……use that info and let your customers know if they’re about to waste their time. This has happened too many times to count. When your 9 year old says, “dad, why do we keep trying to get ice cream at Sonic. Their machines are always broken”.
First off, the one guy that helped me was very friendly and helpful. The tots were fresh and yummy, however, the hotdog and chicken sandwich were old and dry and obviously kept warm WAY passed the throw away time. My toddler couldn't eat the hotdog because it was so dry and the chicken in my sandwich was so tough I actually took the patty off and ate the bun with all the veggies because those were actually fresh. I haven't ever really had good luck at this particular Sonic but I thought surely it had been quite some time they had to have improved, I was wrong.
Zero stars. The service was terrible already, we still went for the drinks. The ice cream machine has been broken for 3 months at the chehalis location. They can apparently not serve slushes either because the ice cream machine is broken. Sonic is useless without drinks & ice cream.
My wife and I have come to this location alot. However the last like 5 times when we have ordered ice cream thru the app they have told us its not available. If it's not available maybe yall should make it unavailable in the app
2/2019 1st time visit to Sonic! It was snowing & only drive up was open. Nice location very modern w/ many choices on the menu. The cool thing about this Sonic is that the full menu is served all day! Shaelynn was our cashier @drive-thru and she was nice n friendly. Seems like this place is fully operated by young women at the time we arrived. Pictures to share. Stop by and enjoy! 2nd visit August 2019 and the homemade onion rings are A "10"...mints provided!
It is always a treat to go to sonic because we don't have one in our city...I love the way we order and how fast the freshly cooked or made was delivered to our carFood: 5/5
