Ordered the chicken fajita for the first time in years. Wish I wouldn't have! Chicken was poor qualify and no seasoning. This has changed since I last got their chicken. The soda tasted like mold and was flat. The curly fries were cold. I ordered a small combo and it was almost $15. Never again will I waste my money here.Food: 1/5

Don’t come here if you want fast food. You’ll sit in the drive through for 30 minutes and then they’ll forget to give you half your food. Awesome. I’d put a pic but I didint get half my food so there’s nothing good to take a pic of!
11:10am Wednesday November 2nd 22 Was in drive through, was asked to hold to help other customer, totally fine. Gets back on, the cats is on, it raining outside so I spoke fairly loudly. Then the employee said they could not hear me, so I started yelling out my order. Not yelling at, or trying to be obnoxious, just trying to make sure they can hear me. I don't know how low my voice may be to them through the head set, or if they've got a lot of noise in the kitchen. The employee immediately told me I was yelling at them and they would not take that kind of treatment and demanded that I leave because I would not be served. We began to argue and I just left. Don't show up while this person is working, they may refuse service to you for speaking to loudly after they've asked you to speak up.
Had the worst food at this location. The tacos tasty like they were old and extremely greasy. My jalapeño poppers were old and dry. Just seemed like they just reheated them. Not a fan of this location. I know how these taste like ive had them plenty of time. Spent $30 and feel robbedFood: 1/5

This morning I stopped by for a Ultimate Sausage Combo with a large coffee. I was the only one in the drive-thru. A long wait for cold hash browns and a luke warm sandwich. Come on! You've done way better than this in the past.Food: 1/5
The food was gross, the restaurant was disgusting and poorly maintained, our order was wrong we were overcharged and they didn't have access to a register. We came from out of state and will never eat at a Jack in the box again. Would not recommend.Food: 1/5
3rd time in 2 weeks couldn't get food. Jan 01, waiting 5 minutes in drive thru line. Cars where not moving at all. Odd way to run a business!
