Finally found one that will make a sandwich my way like advertised. Special order sandwich was perfect. I have tried 4 or 5 others and they always get my orders wrong or old food. All the food was correct, hot and fresh and the staff is nice. This is a good one !
Order a whooper meal at the drive. The cashier thought I only ordered the burger and I then replied "You didn't ask for my drink or size". They gave me some very cold fries that wasn't under the heat lamp. I come back around and I'm guessing the manager takes over after the cashier greets probably knowing they gave me cold fries and ended up waiting for fresh ones. Why even waste everyone's time by doing this? Left is the new and right is the cold nasty fries, you could tell the difference easily! Last time I eat at this location.
July 12, dine in is now an option. Air conditioned dining area is better an eating in a car any day. Very clean eating area. Self serve beverages now back open. The food is fresh and serves hot. The new Bacon King burgers are large and tasty.
The worst service ever! Waited for 15 mins, and was only person in line. The lady working the counter told me 3 different times " I'll be right with you ". After 15 mins of waiting, she asked if I've been helped. Didn't even remember telling me 3 times she would be right with me. Went to sonic next door...... horrible location!
I have to say today I was shocked at the level of kindness and the willingness to provide excellent customer service at this specificlocation. I think it was one of the supervisors that assisted me in my order. Thank you for helping me. It was definitely a treat to enjoy ordering from such a respectful restaurant. Keep up the good work.
I went through the drive thu around 7pm on 3/1 and ordered a medium number 1 with cheese and no pickles or onions with a unsweetened iced tea. I stopped at the first window as told and waited almost 10 min for someone with nobody in line in front of me. When someone finally came, they repeated my order and got it wrong and thought i said no lettuce so i corrected them and said ita no pickles or onions so they had to remake my sandwich which i waited longer for. I got to the second window and all they gave me was a wopper and a sprite. I told her i ordered a number 1 with an unsweetened iced tea i was confused. So she gave me a tea and i had no fries in my bag when she gave me it. She was blonde i didnt get a name. I asked for my fries and i only got a small fry when i ordered a medium meal and the fries were not even full, there maybe 7 or 8 fries in the container. It was awful service and awful food. Ive never had such bad problems at fast food
1st time visit to this B.K. out of town. We passed off many other places to grab a bite and we decided to stop by B. K. for the 2 for 6 mix n match deal. We went through the drive-thru& Chloe the cashier was nice. Only problem is that I received my change but no receipt... so I pulled over, parked& went inside to ask for my receipt. As soon as I walked in, I saw the big lady AKA probably the "manager" ...mind u, as I observed, as I walked into the B.K. the big caucasion woman w/ a pony tail in black&white uniform... turn her back on me to speak with staff members and not 1person at the register to assist me. Wow! Bad move on your part big woman! Made that too obvious! ?not sure what that was about, but no one was that attentive to come and assist me not knowing if I wanted place an order for food or get my receipt . So I stood there and waited for someone to assist and lo and behold, the cashier at the drive-thru happened to glance my way and I told her that she forgot to give me my receipt. Keep in mind, during this entire time the "manager"& other employees are gathered in a circle conversing by the cooking area! All employees of Burger King/& that goes for you 2 wanna-be assistant manager or not: Always issue paying customers our receipt! don't expect us to ask for our receipt. It's your job to give us our receipt with or without our change& without us paying customers having to ask for our receipt. The receipt says "Kayla" but the young girl's badge read "Chloe" ? Thank you and on our next visit we won't be stopping by this Burger King!
It's still the freshest BK i have had in Lewis County. My order is always correct, fresh and hot !Food: 5/5
Avoid, exterior of drink covered with soda, just dropped it on the ground, didnt want it in my truck, burger cold and took forever. 2 times i have gone here and no more, sat in drive thru 20 minutes and was number 3 when i got in line.
Burgers have definitely improved. Love app ordering, but getting stuck in the crowded drive thru just for a pick up is frustrating.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: No
