Amazing Turkish grocery store and Halal butcher shop. Bought some delicious Turkish bread and Adana kebabs. Clean and well maintained. Friendly and respectful staff. Great variety of Turkish sweets. Highly recommended!

Just stopped in for a burger - excellent quality! Picked up some jam and halva. Got my eye on a tomahawk steak Fresh, Clean at a fair price - Highly Recommend 5 Stars

Amazing Turkish grocery store with a large variety of products you might not find elsewhere. A great bakery with good savoury & sweet cookies and delicious baklavas. Overall the employees here were really nice and helpful. Love to get Ata Sucuk from here much better tasting than other brands!

I don't usually leave public reviews but I will make an exception for Solmaz as I looked for a decent butcher in Toronto for years and finally found the right place! Despite living on the other side of the city, I drive half an hour to get all my meat from Solmaz every Saturday. The meat is always fresh, high quality; they always greet you with a smile and the prices are great to top it off. Moreover, you can find pretty much all of the authentic Turkish delicacies here kokorec, tripe, butcher kofte, Adana kabab, etc. Top notch place! If you ever end up stopping by, ask for Yurt and he will take care of you.

Two stars only because the staff is nice. Yesterday I went and purchased chicken thighs. The ones on the counter were old so they offered to make them fresh. Took 15 min but I was happy to get fresh ones. When I got home I noticed they had rushed the processing of them. Bones tendons skin still in the boneless chicken thighs. In the pictures you can see a pile of the stuff I had to cut away to get clean meat.

I was hearing that brand but I never try and today I found it in Persian store in Coquitlam BC so I am cooking right now but I’m pretty sure its Absolutely tasty Turkish Turkish food is number one

Outstanding butcher shop, good selection of meats and other items. This has been our go to for some years now. Ozzie at the meat counter is always very helpful.

When I first walked in, 2 employees looked me in the eye and didn't greet or acknowledge me. The rest of the staff didn't even bother to make eye contact and completely ignored me of the rest of the visit. The quality of the meat was average. Not worth coming back back

Giving one star due to customer service from Solmaz. We have been enjoying Solmaz’s products for a long time. I wasn’t expecting that upon my complaint that their current batch of products that I bought aren’t tasting good the owner wont stand behind its brand to protect it. Though I bought them from Iqbal Food Erin Mills but regardless from where you buy the company should stand behind their products and brand. He should have given me assurances to investigate the matter with Iqbal and should have helped me instead of saying I cant do anything.

All the halal food you desire, especially prepared meals for sandwiches, I have never seen anything so beautiful anywhere, It's worth the drive, you won't be disappointed, I promise you
