Sol Vallarta

I am assuming most of the reviews on here are from the locals here in Colfax or at least friends of the owner. If you want authenticity, please, do not come here. I ordered the Chile Verde and it was very clear that it was not freshly made. It had either been frozen, or it was left overs from a few days ago. My son's plate came out burning burning hot as if it had just come out of the oven. Not very safe especially for a child if you ask me. Please, save your money and find somewhere else to eat!

The service was amazing. We arrived with 7, added 2, then added 4 more. The server kept adding tables until he ran out. Kept the chips, salsa, and beverages coming. Got all the orders right, and was just amazing. The food was good, but not 5 stars

Good portions, the food is tasty and the prices are pretty good. Staff can come across a little stand off-ish but they have always been polite. I enjoy the food enough to eat here about once a month.
