Paradise Creek Brewery - Downtown Restaurant

I really wanted to like this place. It’s one of the few restaurants in downtown Pullman, but I just really didn’t. The beer was just okay. The nachos had unmelted cheese, about 5 jalapeños, cheap salsa (and they only give you the tiniest cup), and the meat was dry. Luckily, they had a deal for half off nachos and pitchers. I couldn’t stand paying $13 for that plate of nachos that are only worth maybe $5. We also ordered a brisket sandwich. What we got was microwaved roast beef. Meat was very chewy. It was also supposed to come with coleslaw. There was the tiniest amount on there. Also $13. What. A. Ripoff. To top it all off, I found a hair in the nachos. We won’t be going back. But service was good. I will give them that.

First time I came here I ordered a salad, cougar mac n cheese, a beer, and enjoyed the meal. Good service and nice people, but during my second visit I ordered the hopped gin and tonic to drink. It is very bitter. There was no heads up on menu or from waiter. And the nachos ordered were just ok in my opinion. The pork was very dry. Of course this is only my opinion on the food and drinks. The people who work here are very nice though

Clean, crisp and large dining area (I think the largest of any brew pub I've been to). Great beer and excellent food! Try their Cougar Gold Mac & Cheese. You won't regret it. (Their pulled pork sandwich is also amazing.) Good atmosphere and friendly service.

Neat spacious brewery in an old post office. Friendly service, beer was great.

Excellent experience! Here on a college visit and stopped for lunch. Great scenery, great food.
