They are on sale right now due to Black Friday Sale... However, they don't have the style of Blundstone Boots that I like...I ended up buying at Quarks... I love their customer service... Exceptional! even though you are just checking out... They are there for you right away... Thank you! I'll be back and buy some shoes in your store... To be continued... Went there the other day to buy my kids there Christmas present. Customer service was awesome. I got the shoes I am looking for.
I had nothing but a good experience here. Not only did they ship the shoes I wanted right to the store but I got a good discount on another pare. Love the shoes and the people there help me even though they were busy.
So disappointed in my boot purchase. I was under the understanding there was a guarantee on the boot. It is suppose to endure temperatures -24; well here on Vancouver Island we do not get temperatures that low, however we have gone through a cold snap and I bought these boots hoping to have warm feet when I walk. Well no such luck; when I phoned the store to confirm I could return the boots they commented if worn outside No they weren't returnable; well excuse me how was I suppose to determine that the didn't live up to there statement of being good in temperatures at -24 degrees if I didn't wear them outside ? So I've wasted a $100.00 on a pair of boots that will just sit in my closet and collect dust as they are no good to me.

Worst customer service and no accountability! Made two purchases from this company. The first purchase was delivered correctly to the right address. The second purchase was delivered to a very old address. When contacting the company, they would not take any responsibility for the error and I lost both the product and the money spent. Will never buy from this store again nor would I recommend it.

went into the store at woodgrove mall. I found the shoe I was looking for and waited for a clerk to help me in order to get my size female clerk approached me asked if she could help I said I was looking for slip resistant shoe she said okay and walked away I left the store terribly upset I came back about 1 hr later All clerks were occupied so again I waited. About 5 minutes or so A male clerk came from behind cash register and headed straight for the 20 something nice looking girl that had just entered the store and asked her if she needed any help I once again left the store will never go back and will never recommend this store to anyone else You lost a $100.00 sale today and many more losses to come. I am in retail and have been for over 17 years Absolutely disgusting customer service
Horrible customer service. First purchase ever here... Bought my shoes not even a week ago, and the lady never told me they stretch out. Wore them around in the house for a day and they barely stayed on. Brought them in for an exchange and they refused. Will never buy another pair of shoes there again. Now these ones will be sitting in my closet..
Little expensive for slippers. But they're damn comfy. The service was great. I just can't bring myself to give it 5 as it was pricey in my opinion.
Great return policy, easy to order online if they don't have your size or colour in stock.
