Went in today with my friend as she wanted a new black work dress. Soon as we entered there was an elderly lady in a wheel chair at the counter shuffling her items around looking extremely upset. About 20 minutes or so go by as we continue looking around and she’s still up at the register. Me and my friend decided to let the staff members know which were sitting on their phones gossiping in the change rooms to let them know someone was clearly waiting for service. Absolutely disgusted and appalled with what we witnessed. One employee came up a few minutes later and YELLED at this poor woman saying she was at the wrong check out. At which point this woman yes still in her wheelchair continuously said sorry and moves over. She took a moment or so to do so obviously and the employee continued to yell and be rude causing this poor woman to leave in tears. It should not be hard to be a decent human being.
Employees are EXTREMELY RUDE. Looking me up and down when I’m paying for items, and today when I went to buy a sweater, I requested a tax exemption form. She asked her co-worker “Would you rather do a tax exemption or a return?”, and the co-worker said “Neither”. Not that bad, just extremely unprofessional. Did not appreciate the dirty looks from these young women who believe they’re better than the people who shop there! I asked the cashier if there was a website where I can give customer feedback, and she told me that it’s NONE OF MY BUSINESS. I am appalled by their behaviour and will never be shopping there again, and making sure nobody that I know does either.
Went to the Duncan location looking for jewellery and shoes for my upcoming renewal if our wedding vows. They have cloth g footwear bathing suits and all the accessories to accompany your new outfit. One stop shop. A must see people.
Went in there to look for bathing suit no one ever greets or says hello not helpful at all horrible customer service the worst part was I was the only customer in the store
Employees are too rude, they don't know how to treat costumers nicely, will never ever go back to this store. Very disappointed
The staff here are super rude and the store was filthy. Surprising since there was more than one person working and I was the only customer in the store.
