Footlocker

Sad customer service.. if any at all. Selection never changes.. looking at same shoes for months.

I was looking for shoes for myself and my two boys on Sept. 14th. around 2pm. There was a short women with brown hair behind the till. I waited but no one helped me so I waited in the line up and then final asked if there was anyone that could get me some sizes and she said nicely "as soon as I'm done" then rolled her eyes. I couldn't believe it I said "Well I just thought there might be someone else in the back' She said with attitude they the other person was on break and I told her I was just asking for help she didn't need to roll her eyes at me. I walked out and spend $420 at sport check instead. I tried calling a manager at Foot Locker (in Woodgrove Mall) but I guess they don't anwser the phone there. Never going back!

I went to the footlocker in wood grove mall yesterday. There are two sales guys who very rude and they have just talking each other. Never attention to customer. I was uncomfortable
