Service was great, love the shoes. I am giving this only 2 stars because of their return policy which in itself is really good. However if you have to exchange due to a size issue and your item happens to be on sale, they do not honor and give you the new sale price. I have never heard of any company doing this and not honoring the new sale price. This was very disappointing and when I emailed the company, their reply was sorry, can't do anything for you.
