Went to pick up my shoes that I ordered after receiving an email a week prior letting me know that the shoes were ready to be picked up and they said that my shoes were not here and that I should wait for a phone call. On my way home I found the email so I called the store they took forever looking for the shoes and then finally the guy said that he thinks he found the shoes so I went back to the store to pick them up their excuse was that they were reorganizing the back room and somehow forgot to put the paperwork on the box and they didn't even apologize it's almost worth it to pay the 5 dollars extra to get it shipped to my house so I don't have to deal with horrible customer service

Was wondering about store policy for returns. My husband bought boys and the zippers broke. Instead of getting money back they gave him a store credit. I'm not sure we appreciate this as we have no product and they have our money. What is the store policy??
