My daughter went in today to purchase new shoes. Two male staff didn't acknowledge her, a woman came from behind the counter with a cart. We both asked twice for help and for sizing, they all looked at us ignored us and kept talking amongst themselves. You lost out on a great sale. We will not ever step foot in a Journey store again.
