To put it simply, I needed new safety boots for my new job. I could not have picked a better place. To be honest it's the first name you think of when you need work apparel. This location was easy to find and had lots of parking. My salesperson Nina was exceptional in her knowledge of my options and her patience. I am very happy with my purchase. I wore them back to work immediately and will be a returning customer.
Lots of product space. Nice clifftop location. Good quality brands available for a price. Staff can be helpful. The parking lot needs more shade. Sales are subject to specifics not mentioned. Spent a long time shopping for boots beside a boots sale sign. They then told me that my boots were not part of the boot sale.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lots of good sales that made things more affordable. I wish stores wouldn't do the "buy one get one half price". I rarely buy on that kind of a sale.
Decent selection of workwear but a lot of brands I liked are no longer there and the Jean prices are too high now. The biggest problem is whenever I check out there is only one cashier working and and they get stuck dealing with returns while a line of people is waiting to pay.
Went to but a parka. Found what I wanted right off the bat. Lovely navy blue number. I knew it was on sale but 249.99 coat for 103.00 taxes in. I was shocked. Great day for me!
Absolutely disappointed in their customer service. I was told over the phone by Mark's customer service, before I tried to return them, that a manufacturers warranty was 1 year on worn products. My Helly Hansen work shoes ripped from the seams in month 5. So here in month 6 they can't even be worn and I bring them in only to be rudely told "the guy on the phone is wrong" . "Nothing he can do for me", "they shouldn't have told you tha on the phone" and that was it. He then yelled "next" as I was still there. Pathetic excuse for service and blindly backing up their shoddy products. I won't buy anything from them again and I spend a lot of money on work gear. Way to lose a customer over a clearly inferior product, Scott.
Large store well stocked. Very clean. Good prices lots of sales. Staff were helpful
The quality of the clothing and brands Marks carries seems to be going down hill. Work clothes are very expensive here and the materials feel thin and cheap. Used to love shopping here but can barely find much worth buying now. Nothing wrong with this marks location, it's the same as any other Marks.
The selections are excellent. The sales can be very good! I got some Levi's down from $89.00 to less than $20 in clearance. Awesome.
First time at this larger location. Super big , clean and modern inside. Large selection compared to other stores. Found some good deals. Only reason not 5 star is that parking is tight if busy.
