Soft Dental

Being a new patient to Soft Dental, I didn't know what to expect. As soon as I walked in I received a warm and friendly greeting from Jeanne K. Jeanne D reviewed my treatment plan and billing procedures thoroughly. The doctor's assistants, Trisha and Tricia were friendly and efficient. Trisha made sure I was OK during the procedure. Dr. Nguyen explained my implant procedures thoroughly. I am glad I received treatment and am appreciative that Rachael ( insurance administrator ) encouraged me to schedule ! ! I am so happy to get this done ! !

After relocating back to the area, I waited a long time to go to the dentist. Then I remembered my that Dr. Nguyen and Soft Dental was recommended by my previous dentist. The office is great with all the updated technology. Staff is very friendly and put you at ease. The work I needed since I waited so long was painless. I'm definately going to be a patient going forward. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and your team for putting me at ease.

Dr. Nguyen and all the staff were excellent; professional and friendly. I'm very pleased with the quality of care and dental work. Full extraction and dentures. I highly recommend Soft Dental in Rush City, MN.

Having Dr. Saari and his team work on my dental issues have been great. They are always very professional and explain procedures in detail. I would recommend friends and family to make Soft Dental their family dental clinic.

The dental hygienist is very harsh to my child while she does the routine cleaning. She doesn't appear to even try to be gentle and makes the child cry. I rarely get offered a chair and as a parent now i see why they try to take my child without me from the waiting room. This has happened more than once with more than one hygienist there. I don't want my child growing up and not liking routine cleanings.
