Horrible horrible experience, came in to get a filling not only was the customer service absolutely incredibly horrible. My filling came out they refused to fix it . I was treated so bad. Please don't use this place. They are not good people.

I was a new patient and came in for a cleaning, but the hygienist never touched my teeth. After x-rays and history, the hygienist said I would be on my way as soon as the dentist did a check up. I asked why she isn't cleaning my teeth, since that was the reason for the appointment. I was told there wasn't time because they have other patients scheduled, so I'd have to come back for a second appointment at a later date. When my husband talked to the front desk about it, she told him it was standard. They only do cleaning in the same visit if there is time: after x-rays, medical history, & check up. Why don't they make their appointments a little longer, at least for new patients?! It took me a month to get that appointment. I live 30 mins away, am a mother of 4 (including a newborn and 4-yr-old). It's very difficult for me to get to the dentist once, much less twice for a simple cleaning. They have the worst customer service. It felt like my time did not matter. I was so dissatisfied, I walked out before the dentist could do the exam. In the future I will be driving further to get better customer service.

It had been a while since I had been to the dentist. I did not feel any judgement from the staff. My two year old daughter had her first visit and the staff was great at making her feel comfortable.
