I had Kia as my hygienest, she does a great job, very thorough and she makes the dental experience enjoyable. I don't remember the dentist name but he is the "new guy", he was friendly, did his check & I was done less than an hour. See you in May
I loved my new hygienist, thorough and gentle. Both Dr’s are also very skilled.
One time I went and was told I had a cavity from the Dr. I thought weird he must have Xray eyes since he hadn't done an Xray. I let it go but went to the other Dentist in town and did have Xrays done. I did have a cavity on the other side of my mouth. Be careful about having work done on HIS opinion
Everyone was friendly, especially the dentist. He explained everything that was going to happen as he did the work. The dentist and the assistant were quick and efficient. So happy to have found a great dentist. Will definitely go back!
My experience was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, an understanding of the situation.
It’s a beautiful dental office, and staff are equally as nice as can be. There very general and explain things so you know what there talking about
I have complete confidence in my dentist, Dr. Kaefer!! He's very good and informative. I also really like Paula, my hygienist!! However, I did have a mix up during my last appointment. They called my name so I went in and was surprised that they were going to do x-rays because I didn't think it was scheduled for that appointment. We found out that there were two of us in the waiting room with the same name, so evidently I was in the wrong area. Another employee overheard my conversation with the wrong employee and realized that a mistake had been made, so she took me to the right area and I was right....no x rays were needed for me!!
I was pleasantly surprised with what a friendly place that has become. Everyone is happy and laughing. My kind of place!!
Friendly people work here. Receptionist, Hygienist, Doctor Dentist, all very knowledgeable and do a thorough job. They took time to discuss all the details. Reasonably priced. I would recommend to everyone.
