Sofram Mediteranean Cuisine

@soframca is a spot for delicious Mediterranean cuisine! ___ @soframca first opened its doors in 2006 and now has three locations. The menu is varied with lots of yummy options to please everyone from meat lovers to vegetarians. Kebabs and seafood are so flavourful cooked over the grill using only the freshest ingredients and finest authentic spices from the Middle East. ___ Ohhhh the beautiful Rainbow Trout is perfection and grilled on the hot plate and seared with a nice crispy skin side down. The lamb and chicken kebab platters are generous and the meats are very tender and moist. This is the best Middle Eastern food you can get in the GTA. I order from them 2-3 times a month and have never been disappointed. The meats are juicy and tender, the salads divine and the sides are great! Portions are very generous and the owner/manager is always accommodating of special requests. You can't go wrong with any of their menu items so the only advice I have is try them all!

Great food, accommodating stuff and great experience overall. Lamb is best medium yes they ask Clean. And did I mention the food is good?

Huner and his team did a fantastic job catering for our drive-by event. The food was delicious and fresh and was ready on time. We got a lot of compliments about the great taste and presentation. Highly recommend this location!

Lady at the front was really nice and friendly. However the chicken shawarma meal was not good at all!!! Potatoes were raw and way too much garlic powder, rice was dry and the chicken was also very dry! I wasn’t offered any tahini or anything else to make it tastier…. Sorry not worth the $20!

It was my first time dining at Sofram and I have to say I enjoyed everything about it. I ordered the lamb dinner with a side of garlic potatoes and upgraded my house salad to israeli salad. The lamb was so tender and flavourful! The staff were super welcoming and the service was exceptional. The restaurant was also very clean. If you're looking for a good family restaurant in Vaughan, I would highly suggest this place!

I am modifying my previous review. I originally had a bad experience at this plus. When the owner learned about it,, he called me and invited me for a second time. The kefta kebab that was served, was absolutely delicious and properly done. Now I understand that my 1st experience was just a bad moment in the kitchen. I highly recommend that you visit this place. And try their Kefta Kebab.

Purchased two chicken shawarma plates with Rice and it was our first time going there. The food Was so BAD, the chicken had no flavour and it smelled, Rice was cold, pita was old and dry. We didn’t even eat it and just tossed it. We spent $44 on food that was tossed in garbage, I will never go there again and will never recommend!!!

Not worth the money. Below average quality and flavours. Ordered it via Uber 2 chicken shawarma dinner and 2 chicken shawarma wraps. My food, everything was cold. Won't be eating here again. Cutting out all the restaurants which are not putting effort in their food and services. Their food quality made the last bad Shawarma place seem way better.

Have been going to Sofram since it was called Sofra Grill since it opened in Thornhill. Always loved the fresh babaghanoush and fried eggplant. Food is always delicious.
