Worst service ever literally waited half hour to be served. Watched people get food before us who came in way after we ordered . And received food an hour later . Never going back. Felt that they may have been racist. Our server was a blonde woman name Leila
We ordered take-out via YP on Google. Placed the order 25 minutes before arrival. Paid at the take out counter and food was ready within 5 minutes. Best Mr. Greek dinner we have had in awhile. The gyro was topped perfectly and consistent. The wife had Chicken Souvlaki with Veggies and Rice. The souvlaki was cooked perfectly. Saganaki is a must, and all food was still hot when we got home wrapped and packaged great including salad dressing. The big surprise was how flavourful the fries topped with feta and oregano were. We also tried the Mr. Greek fries which have the roasted potato red sauce and feta. They got the entire order right including the extra items such as tzatziki, bread and pork sticks. Thank you. Also the YP ordering platform is very easy to use and customizable. Great when ordering on the way home.
From my knowledge, this restaurant is under new management and thank goodness! I recently decided to try the online order service again since my last poor experience hoping it would be different. For the first time my order was ready on time after placing it over 1 hour prior. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. The portion of food you get for the value is really great. Will order for lunch again.
We had a very good experience here. The portions were generous and the Lamb and grilled vegetables were delicious. While I was there, other guests complained about slow service, but I didn't see it as a problem. Our good came out on in good time and we really enjoyed it..I will definitely come back.
Stopped in for a quick dinner before a movie across the street and it was a mess from start to finish. After waiting for 15 minutes there was no server at our table and when finally ordering we waited another 30 minutes for our meals. Usually apps would come first with bread and then the mains but this place has it backwards, mains came out with the app adding they were all cold to the touch and bread came out at the end of our meals. hopefully no hard feelings but the servers tip reflected the service we got. would not recommend at all. this place probably wont last another 6 months before out of business.
My wife and I used to dine here quite often but it has been going steadily downhill in the past year. Slow service even though the restaurant is usually empty, the food tastes cheap and frozen and the prices have been on the rise. On our last two visits, the restaurant was out of almost everything - no chicken, lamb, gyros or calamari. Every item we wanted was somehow unavailable and we ended up just leaving. The waitress simply gave a "whatever" shrug and walked off when we told her. Not sure what is going on here, but the combination of poor management and declining standards has compelled us to never return.
I was there last night and to be honest was a bit disappointed. Our waiter, a young man with long blond hair pulled back in a ponytail was as nice as could be but seemed very stressed. Being mothers day weekend we arrived about 7:15 and the place was a bit busy but it seemed like there was not enough staff! We told our waiter we only wanted water and the food came out before we even got water! He had to run and get us water but while i stopped him and asked him not to forget the bread again that went with the 3 dips we got. He brought the pita but for 4 people there was only enough for 2 people! I had to ask him for more bread! The food was good but just seemed like the place was in chaos!
I just went to this location with my family. We had our cousins from Europe with us and were a total of 19 people. We had exceptional service from our server Ahmad. This is not the first time Ahmad has served us, he always exceeds our expectations. Our meals were cooked beautifully and his friendly attitude made us all feel very welcomed. Thank you also to the manager Matt and to the other kind waitress for everything. I highly recommend this location for excellent food and service! Thanks Antoniette
Food was good, although everything that the meal was suppose to come with for certain dishes didn't come.sides My complaint is the service here is horrible. After asking about where certain sides where, they said it was coming but never came. Especially for my daughters meal. They never brought us more napkins after asking multiple times and multiple servers and not once did they ask us if we need refills on our drinks.
Awful experience. My food took more than 30mins to come and I felt like my family was racialized. The server told us they were out of garlic bread yet the other table received some half an hour after I sat. Somehow they were out of chicken and lamb. I wonder if the pork they had was even fresh because of this. The lettuce in the salad was rotten. It was the worst experience ever. Do yourself a favour and go to pizza ville instead up the street.
