Story

What is a Sofra ? Basically, a sofra is a square or rectangular shaped kilim rug. These colourful and flat tapestry rugs have been woven for thousands of years in and around Turkey and have served multipurpose roles around the house.

They were and still are often used for picnic outings with family and friends, but they’re also currently used in village homes, where people often sit on their floors and enjoy their meals. Of course, today kilim rugs are more versatile and are typically used as decorative floor coverings and wall hangings.

The word sofra itself comes from an ancient Arabic word, meaning dinner table, picnic or kilim. It is also a synonym for generosity and hospitality. We at Sofra Grill like to think our restaurant is synonymous with those same warm and inviting traits.

From the moment  you step in this place  team give you a great feeling. Very courteous crew, it is a good place to  enjoy with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great  cuisine, creative  chief cook and stuff, good  pay and nice  service. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, food was top quality and fresh and staff was amazing!

This restaurant is definitely one of the tastiest restaurants in the area. Whenever I come there I am remarkably pleased. They manage their very high  level service and the topmost level of cooking  they serve. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Very  recommended.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work nearby. I like how their service is always awesome and they keep the place well organized all the time. Prices are reasonable and they serve generous portions.
