Only 1 person working. The waiting area is full and chaotic, since there seems to be no 'take a number' style system in place. People cut in line as they please. Lots of folks seem to just give up and leave.nThe solo employee seems very friendly and helpful, but it is absurd to have only 1 person in here given the number of people coming and going. This is an obvious safety hazard for employees and clientele.nThey offer the option to make an appointment, but I don't see how this makes the location any less dangerous for the 1 employee or the crowd of clients coming and going. It's also a very impractical solution for a problem that can be better solved by simply having more than 1 person on the premises during operating hours.

I always have great service here and don't wait long.nI went today and unfortunately they are closed until Aug 5th. It is marked on google they are open so I will have to go to a further saaq.
