Really bad experience. Doesn’t matter you have appointment or no you must have to wait in outside in cold temperatures, minimum 1-2 hours.nWe don’t understand if anyone has appointment 10am example and he came 9:45Am then why he has to wait till 12 or may be longer for his turn .nnSpecially the security guard inside he is talking like he think he has more power then actual Police . Really bad experiencennDon’t book your appointment here go anywhere in the Quebec .nnThis is my experience.

If you have no other business, then you will spend the whole day in this place. Without an apoitment at all, you can spend the whole day and not get any service! With apoitment 2-4 hours is easy. no one cares that you will lose your time and money. you will be very lucky if you sit inside in the waiting room, otherwise you all, without exception, will have to stand outside! And no one can change that. Only 30% of the staff from their workplace will help you for and with this!

I had my practical driving test here with Hanaan as my tester. She was an excellent evaluator that provided clear directions and instilled confidence with her friendly disposition. I passed my test without any issues due in part to her professional decorum.

I had a really bad experience at this SAAQ i went yesterday and when i entered ,the security guard didn’t mention in which line i have to stand to take the ticket number ,i had an appointmentnand when i asked him do i have to stand in this line ?nhe started shouting at me and kept sayingni will close the doors at 4:30 pm and you will stay here and you can’t find the line and kept shouting at me i told him that i was just askingnbut he was not listening . I have never met a person like that bald guy. He should be fired from there. I suggest that nobody should go there and the employees also don’t have any manners to talk to people

I don't think I could have had a worst experience. My appointment was at 8h45 AM to do the theoretical exam, they were having difficulties with their computers but asked for me to wait. I waited for about an hour and a half until they revealed that the issue had been resolved. Everyone that was waiting to pass the exam was asked to come get a ticket so we had lost our order.. although it had already been a long wait I told myself I would get it over with. Nonetheless, 45 minutes after I was called.. they simply said that I couldn't do the exam as the system wasn't working and tried to reschedule me in 2 months as there weren't any available spots before in my area... The question is - Why did they not announce that the system was still down instead of making me wait for longer than I had already? Why did they even have to reorder everyone? It's a shame I had to waste 4 hours of my time today, everyone was upset, the security even had to call the police.
