I went there twice, each time the receptionist was more respectful and helpful than the  office workers. Two of the them were so rude.

Le 5 juillet 2017 J'ai passé 3 h pour faire le passeport pour mon bébé et finalement à la maison je trouve (dans le reçu) un erreur dans le nom de ma fille. Un agent avec qui j'ai communiqué malheuresement était non professionnel,chaque fois il me laissé pour aller parler avec quelqu'un d'autre ((((😭
