Sobeys - Rocky Mountain House

They had fresh beef liver which was cool. Chicken hearts would make this my one stop grocery store but I'm a weirdo. Nice spot overall.

Shawna F. at the service desk was an amazing help. I was inquiring as to basically their policy for for reducing food waste. They have a number of procedures in place that make a giant difference. Good job Sobeys

So often shelves have items way at the back - would be nice if they had a staff member s pull items forward that would be great

I found the store very clean and well laid out. We are traveling and stopped in to buy 2 boneless rib steaks for dinner the same steak I always buy. I was concerned to start with when there was no indication on the packaging as to the grade of the meat. I normally buy AAA. I BBQ'd the steaks to medium rare and found them to be the toughest steaks I have tried to eat in a very long time. Neither my wife nor I could finish our steaks. For the money I paid for theses steaks in the heart of Alberta beef country I would expect a lot better. These were nothing short of disgusting.

I have had multiple negative experiences grocery shopping at this store. I understand when the cashier refuses to pack my reusable bags because they have some cat hair on them and she’s allergic, but when she doesn’t even want me opening my bags near her, I have no choice but to shop elsewhere from now on. The Sobeys management might want to consider not hiring individuals with severe pet allergies to be their frontline cashiers as many customers have pets. That, or they will risk losing their customers to other more accommodating grocery stores.

Always friendly to me and tolerant of my needing to fill my bags cause I'm in a wheelchair so very supportive which helps cause I'm a clutter sometimes.

Stopped in @ Sobeys to grab a couple things. I like that store - cashiers are super pleasant & always ask how my day was. Feels like family when someone cares about your feelings & how your day was !! Thank~you, …. I will always be back !!

The staff are really great. Cashiers are kind and quick.

Just another sobeys not exceptional, but like all sobeys nice place and has what you need!

It's a big grocery store And all items are available here But the only thing i not liked is there is no indian food or snacks in it
