Great Canadian Dollar Store

Absolutely terrible customer service. Outrageous prices and rude management. I had asked if an item was properly priced and compared it to Dollarama, the owner snapped at me saying "you don't know my cost, you can go to red deer!". Unfortunately I had already pressed OK on my debit transaction when I took her up on the offer. Her and the 2nd owner barked out "final sale, I don't have to accept your return!" Never going to this store again.

It is a typical dollar store, some great stuff and lots of junk from China.

Very disappointed in the difficulty of getting a refund for a defective item.

Prices are not what i expect at a "dollar store" but for lack of a better option in town this will do. They usually have everything we are looking for and staff is curteous.
