Online inventory is never correct. This morning was the last straw for me, I checked the online inventory before going to the store, when I got there was told the item I was looking for was a display model is 2015 and has been discontinued but wasn’t taken out of the system Whoever does inventory there should be fired, this is the 5th time this year I have had this problem, I had hoped after the store remodel and the grand reopening they’d have things on track,

Large store well laid out has a large selection and good deals. Can be a pain to get warranty on tools though.

Great service. Always quick, the staff is helpful and courteous. Dealt with a great lady named Renee, knew exactly where to find what I needed.

I remember when Canadian Tire USED TO BE GOOD FOR RETURNS. Those days are over! If something is opened, it can't be returned. HOW RIDICULOUS! This is usually the case with things like games, but this applies to ALL things. I was going to buy a small TV and when I inquired about their return policy I was told if I even open the box I can't return the TV. This is so ridiculous and completely unheard of in this day and age! I will gladly shop elsewhere!

I needed to replace a spark plug while on a trip. The back side is hard to get to, and I'm on vacation, thought I might just pay somebody who's already equipped. Called to see if they could do this. I asked for "service" and the receptionist said "oh, auto parts?" (Not a great start.) I was then put on hold to listen to a radio station that wasn't tuned properly for 18 minutes, at which point I gave up.
