Sobeys Pharmacy Alcona Beach

I am so angry with Sobeys Pharmacy I could spit. The service there is getting worse & worse. I moved all of my prescriptions over to Sandy Cove Drug Store for several reasons, the main one being Sobeys shorted me on one of my prescriptions & refused to take responsibility. They didn't give me a 3 month supply on another prescription so that I would have to pay the dispensing fee 3 times instead of just once. Orders I called in & were not filled because they have no record of the call, etc. Yesterday my husband tried to pick up a prescription that was called in LAST Saturday, was told the computer was down & they couldn't fill his order. So, what had they been doing for the previous 4 days before the computer went down? He went back today & the compute is STILL down so again, unable to pick up his prescription!! Sobeys may be the best price for dispensing fees in town but, they are the WORST when it comes to serivce!!

Woman pharmacist is great. Man pharmacist discriminates against tattooed "hooligans." More than once been next in line and been bypassed for next people in line and left til last when was clearly there first. Even assistant to phamacist gave me a look like what? Fix discrimination and easily get 5 stars.

Was a awesome pharmacy Eltham and Richard where there.....gone to the pits I'm out

It’s located inside sobeys.Staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable.They are always very patient with my in laws explaining every prescription to them.We never had any issues with our prescription.I recommend highly them.
