Nice store, lots of food obviously, but I like the pulled chicken and coleslaw at the deli counter. It's fairly priced and packed with proteins. You can't get better than that. A restaurant for the same meal would charge around $20 for sure.
If you want a good selection of quality fish such as salmon and trout. This is the store. Most of their beef is also fair quality, but its generally priced very high. If your a liver fan. This is the place to get that also.nThis is my go too place for real organic cranberry juice and apple cider vinegar. They are both priced lowest of most stores, and are of the highest quality.

I had a very difficult time trying to pick up my Mystery Bags from Too Good To Go at Metro. On two separate occasions, the staff did not seem to know the correct procedure. Because of the wrong information given to me, I ended up losing my bags.nnI was told that if, for any reason, I couldn’t pick them up before 6 PM, I should still swipe on the app so the bags would be confirmed and saved. Today, I followed that instruction, swiped on the app, and went to the store at 6:15 PM. Unfortunately, the customer service representative didn’t know what to do, couldn’t explain the process, and simply said my bags were no longer available.nnFor me, that’s not the right approach. I wasn’t even asking her to fix it on the spot—I just wanted to explain the situation—but she didn’t seem to care. The real issue here is that Metro staff do not know the proper procedure for handling Too Good To Go pickups. Because of this, I lost $25 and didn’t receive my refund.nnThis was a very disappointing experience, and I hope it can be addressed so other customers don’t go through the same situation.
