I recently switched from No Frills to Metro. I find when they have a sale on meat, the sale is usually priced right and the meat is much better. I also like their produce because I am not throwing it out in 2 days. However, their prices are too high for most groceries so I will still be shopping at No Frills and Giant Tiger for staples.

Would be a better rating if prices were more reasonable. Sale prices are only equal to regular prices else where.

Products on the shelf are fine, pricing is a bit higher than other local groceries so often times only certain products are worth purchasing here when compared to other locations around town. It's worth checking meat selections if you are here for occasional goods deals... cashiers and other staff don't deliver better service in line with higher prices.
