To be honest, it was my first time going here and they gave me complimentary treats. The ambiance and view of city was magnificent. Scrumptious baked croissants and perfectly made hot mocha will make you famished. I will definitely endorse MobSquad Café to my friends and going back hungry for more. Nice place literally up in the sky, the cafe is located on the 21st floor of Edison building P.S. take the elevator on the right from the reception that goes to higher floors. We look the left one and it only went to 15th floor and then we had to walk to the other elevator. Super friendly staff!! perfect place to study or work with the view
Pretty decent cafe. Not the nicest interior but quite a good view of the city. Extremely spacious, almost felt too empty. I got a lavender latte but it barely tasted like lavender and only tasted like iced coffee. I asked the front to make sure I received the right drink but she just handed me extra lavender syrup in another cup but didn’t help the taste at all. The cinnamon roll was quite good though would’ve tasted better if it was warmed up. Don’t think I’ll come again.
I really enjoyed the ride up and was really excited to check this place out. Atmosphere was great. Bigger than expected, best view. That's where the positives end. A bit pricey. I got an Apple Cider that was mediocre, tasted more like a watered down mix. My friend got a Ice Macha and it had really weird chunks of white gum like consistency. She said something about it being clumped together because it was frozen and had to be mixed a certain way. I personally don't know anything about Macha so I can't attest to how or why it turned out as such. We were going to talk to someone but didn't want to make a fuss. Might try again. I really want to like this place
This is my go to remote working spot in Calgary. The seats are so comfortable and the coffee is delicious. Also you can't really beat the views. The only downside is that it can get super busy and fills up pretty quickly. There are lots of places to sit though and outlets which is handy. The Wi-Fi is very consistent too. To get here you take the elevators on the right hand side up to the 21st floor. The building concierge are also super helpful and the restrooms are located on the ground floor behind the double doors next to the elevators.
Located on the 21st floor of The Edison, MobSquad café is a little different from coffee places I've visited so far. The 1st thing that caught my attention was the details on the overhead lights - they ooked liked antlers. The vibe within was a mix of a cozy study area, complete with bookcase and sofa and classy " look at me, I'm a grown-up drinking coffee" with highbacked chairs and amazing views. Service was professional, prompt, and friendly. There were a decent variety of beverages - both hot and cold. I wasn't pleased with the lack of snack variety, but the ones available tasted great.
I think without the help of being “instagrammable” or in a really neat location the cafe wouldn’t last too long. Really small adjustments would improve the experience overall, such as a microwave to heat up pastries and perhaps a panini press for sandwiches. Consistent coffee , a week ago it was delicious and today so watery . More upbeat music rather than elevator tunes, small adjustments that go a long way.
Went on a weekday afternoon and there were many open spaces available. Most of the booths were occupied, but the large tables and window seats were available. The atmosphere was rather laid-back and there's lots of natural light coming in from the windows. Ordered an iced caramel latte and iced nutella latte. Both drinks were prepared promptly and were served on the counter to the side. The ice did not melt before the drink was done, which meant the flavour was not diluted. The drinks taste good but are not exceptionally unique. The cafe is a good place to meet people and do some work.

Hidden gem and very nice cafe to work in during the day. Super spacious, fast wifi, lots of seating booth and tables and bar seats facing the Bow building, amazing view on the 21st floor. Decent drinks. I’m surprised the place isn’t more busy.Food: 4/5
