Great location in Rockland...across from Tim H...Great staff... well equipped... machines and equipment in good Repair. Consults are available.

This is by far the best gym in town! It's like a second home to me. I joined in 2011 and I've lost 100 lbs thanks to  everyone being so welcoming and encouraging.The owner, Allister welcomes everyone at Snap and helps them as best he can. I'm proud to say that I now work there and I'm part of an amazing team

Great gym. Has everything I need and more. 24s is a plus. I'm a shift worker.

This is a 24hr gym. They have cardio machines, muscle machines and free weights, mirrors and chin-up bars. There is plenty of room, bathrooms and showers.
