I signed up for the Snap Fitness 1 month trial online and the card to get in didn't work. Therefore, I went in during office hours to find out the reason. I was told because I signed up years ago that I couldn't use the trial. I informed the person that even through I signed up I never got to go. My schedule got too busy and I never had an opportunity to actually try Snap Fitness. When I signed up years ago I paid full price and never used the trial before (although the trial cost money as well). Thus, this would be my first time using the trial. The owner that I spoke with was not helpful or understanding. I ask to use the trial that I paid for and he said "no". This has to be the worst customer service ever! I told him that I want my money back for paying for the trial and he said to email corporate. I also explained to him that if he let me use the trial and I liked the gym I would continue to use the gym and pay full price. He shrugged it off like he didn't care. I felt like he didn't want my business and that I was not valued as a customer. I would have even paid full price if that was the problem but he was more focused on turning me down on the trial then kindly informing me how to sign up as a full time member. My advice: DON'T USE SNAP! Why would I want to give my money to a place that doesn't care about their customers. There not there to build relationships with their customer or care about your fitness goals. They just want your money.

I enjoyed my time in this beautiful club. Spacious facility and up to date equipment.
