Story

CrossFit Ashland is Ashland’s original CrossFit affiliate. Located in south Ashland, we serve the greater Rouge Valley area including Talent, Phoenix, Medford, and Jacksonville. Our group classes are specifically designed to make you stronger, leaner and more athletic. Our friendly CrossFit certified trainers are motivated to teach you the exercise techniques you need to get a fun, safe, and effective workout in under an hour. All you have to do it show up and we’ll take care of the rest!

We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. I am beyond stoked with everything about CrossFit Ashland! Awesome coaches who are so knowledgeable (of course in the gym with body mechanics ect...but also with amazing nutritional guidance), great facility, so many class times during the weekdays makes it easy for everyone to fit one into their schedule. Super friendly and supportive environment!

Where do I even start! Best vibe you can hope for at a gym, knowledgable and motivating coaches! Super positive and supportive environment! You stick with it and you will see spectacular results! The class schedule is accommodating for all professions and for parents. Lots of smiles and hugs and easy to get hooked on when you feel and look great. Crossfit Ashland is the ally of your mind and body!

Great trainers and great people! Just as much emphasis, if not more, on correct technique as there is pushing you to your individual limit. I love my Crossfit Ashland peeps!

Crossfit Ashland is well worth the drive from Medford for me. Sure I pass several other gyms along the way, but this one has awesome instructors with incredible knowledge of how to cater to your individual abilities, some of the coolest people I have met and definitely the motivation I needed to get out of bed and be kept accountable for my fitness goals. It's only been 6 weeks and already the results I have achieved are amazing!! Thank you to everyone there for all the encouragement they provide daily.

Want to workout at a great gym? Then this is the place. The coaches and staff are super approachable and helpful getting you where you want to be physically & mentally.
