Maybe have Rose work on her customer service skills. This the second time I've had issues with her rude attitude. Won't be going back. Bummer because my daughter loved your dance classes.

The ymca isnt for kids anymore apparently. They wont let kids in. Isnt that the whole point of the ymca so kids have a place to go. Its just a gym for adults now. What a shame
