Paid $18 per day to valet my vehicle. Only once in 5 days was there an employee present to get my vehicle. It became much easier and quicker to grab my own keys from the hanger and would get my own vehicle. I would also park my own vehicle. I was told since it was off-season that there was only one employee responsible to act as valet, bell boy, and apparently handle other duties.

Great hotel for the price considering the holiday weekend and the location. Staff at the breakfast buffet was very friendly. Pool is great, they did a lot with little amount of space to make you feel like you were in the outdoors, and it was open later to swim which was great because we were a later arrival.

Tough place to judge. Beautiful all the way around Jackson Hole. It's just that this lodge is charging Ritz Carlton prices and unfortunately they don't have the quality facility and service. You're paying for the experience of being in Jackson Hole. Laid back place and I was comfortable but I feel like I got lucky. Valet guy was a trip.. he's out to Pluto .. know what I mean? Lol

I really like this place my bed was comfortable the room is very clean and nice and also had a balcony which was cool to me and had a good view I wish the restaurant stayed open a bit later cuz I got in late and was very hungry and had to go into the town to get something to eat but it was the offseason so that's kind of to be expected

The resort is nice. The pool is awesome, the room was great considering the age. Didn't get to try the snacks, and light dinner, and chose not to have breakfast at the hotel.
