Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole

We didn't stay here but we came in for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a large buffet style dinner with turkey, prime rib and dozens of sides, salads and desserts. The food was plentiful and delicious. It was $70 without tax, tip or drinks. The valet parking was free (tipped $5) and the service everywhere was friendly and helpful. This seemed to live up to the luxury status that the Four Seasons holds.

My favorite Four Seasons! Excellent service. The valets were my favorite part of the whole experience. Eric at the font desk was helpful. The furniture and carpets are old but they work for the rugged outdoorsy ambiance they created. A couple of things we didn't like: 1. We were there a few days and every morning we left early to catch the sunrise or the wildlife. They should have a "take away" breakfast option. 2. Prior to checking in, we called the concierge to help with planning our itinerary. They tried very hard to convince us to wait until we got there and do the planning. We refused but the concierge kept bringing that up every chance she got. Some concierges were better (Christina) than others (Andrea) but none of them had a golden key.

We stayed at the Four Seasons on our wedding night, and were completely blown away by the level of service, professionalism, and kindness we we're shown! Not only did we receive an upgraded suite, we also were pampered with honeymoon amenities that we were so excited about! It was truly the best start to our marriage, and we would love to return!

Fantastic meal at the four seasons. Done of the best halibut I've ever had. I heard the steaks were amazing too, they're just not my thing. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing property perfectly situated with full view of the mountains. Staff is attentive but not intrusive. Rooms are nicely appointed, clean and large. We will definitely look for an opportunity to return.
