Smucker Foods of Canada Company

I ordered some “no added sugar” raspberry jam as part of an online order, which meant of course that I couldn’t read the label but it tasted very sweet. I was disappointed to see that the second ingredient was white grape juice concentrate. This is an old manufacturer’s trick where they maintain a high sugar content by concentrating the sugar from another fruit grapes allowing them to legally claim “no added sugar”. What a disappointment. For those that want sugar by all means have at it but surely the public is ready for a healthy product where for those trying to manage their health can do so without having to become label detectives. A shame too, because the jam was loaded with raspberries and was otherwise quite tasty.

Tainted jiffy peanut butter . 5 tainted jars they offer refund via a coupon and these cheap a holes send me one darn coupon after claiming for the 5 bought and threw out because of their unhygenic manufacturing. Jiff peanut butter and smuckers can kiss my a$$. Never buying Jiff again from these disreputable dirty company

Quality control is awful. My JIF peanut butter checked lot number/barcode was recalled due to possible salmonella contamination. I have been eating it all week and the last few days started having diarrhea. Not only did I have to throw out nearly a full container of peanut butter, but I couldnt contact the company because you have to have an American address to contact them which is BS. I do not recommend their products to anyone.

What is Smuckers doing about Jif Peanut Butter? Are they going to stop making it? It's been over a month and I'm hearing nothing and I'm stuck with five jars that I've paid over $27.00 for.

One of my absolute favourite eats are my Newfie fried toutons with Smuckers raspberry jam!!! Absolutely delicious!! Ty

Well now I see why I couldn't find the Hamburger Relish in any of the grocery stores. Can't believe you Bicks don't make it any more. I would really like to know why you have discontinued the Hamburger Relish??? What is next on the chopping block, I'm afraid to ask, I certainly hope it is NOT the Sweet Green Relish ! I have used Bicks products as long as I can remember and I am very sad to see the Hamburger Relish gone ! Can't believe that you have done this, but I guess big American companies don't care about what we Canadians want or think.

I'm royally ticked that you arbitrarily discontinued Bick's Hamburger Relish. It seems typical of the actions of American conglomerates when they take over Canadian brands so I have now arbitrarily discontinued purchasing ANY Smucker's products. By the way, I don't change my mind after a few months — the last time I purchased a Coca-Cola product was when they changed to "New Coke" in about '86.

It's a shame that this American Company after buying Bick saw fit to eliminate Bick's Hamburger Relish and replace it with its own inferior products. Canadians have been buying Bick's Hamburger Relish for decades but apparently it didn't fit in with the global marketing plan. I for one will be happy to substitute competitors' products for anything made by Smucker or its subsidiaries.
