Absolute favorite for family celebrations and occasions! Hospitable service a d very cheerful waitress who took such good care of the guests. The food was fresh, yummy and refreshing! Special mention on the waffles and the yummy fruit jams on the sides that completes a perfect brunch.
Overheard what I presume was management or a supervisor berating an employee with a very rude tone of voice and countless cuss words. I was seated in the restaurant area, and I could hear this all across the restaurant. No management should be treating any of their staff in this regard and I'm disgusted that this occurred. I've heard from friends before that the management at this location was poor, and I'm disappointed that it seems like everything I was told is true. Food and service was phenomenal though. Fantastic server. This happened at 8:00pm on March 22nd 2023.

My friend and i are there yesterday and it was our first time. Lea accommodated us and she is so nice and friendly. She offer is the menu that are for vegetarians like us. She made sure that everything is ok. We will sure to come back.
Stopped in at the lounge this evening with the wife, our first time at this location and thought it was splendid. Loved the booth seating and tv’s everywhere. The food was good, service was 3.75/5, could have had another couple servers on the floor, but they were prompt & friendly. Overall, I was very impressed with the lounge and setup of the pool tables & VLT’s. It felt open and cozy at the same time. Especially enjoyed playing TapTV, which we hadn’t played in a few years. Our Smittys Meadowood location doesn’t have pizza on the menu and my wife loved the pizza. This location should be what the other Smitty locations should strive to become.
Server took 1 food order from my table and assumed nobody else was ordering. I had to track down the manager. My 1 friend got his food AND ate it before anyone else got their food. The manager didn't offer any discount for the mistake. The server was snarky and curt throughout the rest of the service, patronizing us by over confirming our additional drink orders and refills. Won't go back.
Burnt Hasbrowns had to get my own menu and Cutlery, short staffed and very rude Waitresses... I understand but the food was S**T and being a rude waitress that's a choice oh and not too mention waited almost 2 hours for our food ... never going back

I really like the simple and quite interior design. There are plenty of parking spaces. Friendly and helpful staff. I have tried wings here, it's not bad but I expected better quality.
Got seated quickly but didn't bring our drinks even though we specifically asked. Weren't checked on by our waitress however another one came to make sure we were okay. Then we were waiting for our non-arriving bill so after almost ten minutes of being ignored we went to the front where half our party went to the car . While waiting yet again another waitress came to seat us after explaining she went to get our original waitress. Needless to say the tip was reflected of the service. Dietary restrictions: A whole lot of things are not available...seniors menu, and if it was available it wasn't offered.
